Welcome to BLACKRENTO. By booking or using our luxury car rental services in Dubai, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old (25+ for certain luxury/sports models).
• A valid UAE driving license or an international driving permit is required.
• Passport/Emirates ID is required for verification.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required.
• Full payment or a deposit must be made before vehicle handover.
• Prices include standard mileage limits; excess mileage charges may apply.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before the rental begins. This will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and no fines, damages, or violations are recorded.

Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle must not be used for racing, drifting, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• The renter is responsible for fuel and toll charges (Salik).
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received.

Insurance & Liability

• All cars are covered by comprehensive insurance as per UAE law.
• In case of accidents, a police report must be filed immediately.
• The renter is liable for any damages not covered by insurance (e.g., negligence, off-road use).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup may qualify for a refund.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of booking deposit.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Fines & Violations

The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, Salik (toll charges), and violations incurred during the rental period. These charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

Return Policy

• Vehicles must be returned on time as per the agreed contract.
• Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
• Vehicles returned in an unclean condition may incur cleaning charges.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
